Beach to Beach Bike Ride If you are looking for a 2-day ride in what hopefully will be some early south coast sun then this 140 miler might be for you.
The Beach to Beach Bike Ride with Astma UK offers varying terrain and stunning vistas over the countryside and English Channel. From Bournemouth, riders will travel along the coast and up into the heart of the New Forest. Day 1 ends in East Meon and a nights rest before taking on the hills of the South Downs.
Making the most of the early morning sun day 2 starts heading out east above Chichester, Littlehampton and Worthing and continues through the beautiful countryside of the national park.
Once you have taken in the breathtaking views from the top, it’s time for the “final roll” down into Brighton and along the seafront to the finish. Asthma UK ask that all participants pledge to raise
a minimum o £250 in sponsorship for the event which is is all on-road and suitable for experienced cyclists or novices who are looking for a challenge. Registration costs £49.
